Facilities & Catering.
Conference/ Meeting Facilities
The camp has a large and small hall that are available for hire for meetings, conferences, company retreats, family reunions, club trips or virtually any function. (Room hire is free if catering and/or accommodation is booked).
Whiteboards, flipcharts and projection screens can be available on request. Organisations are asked to bring their own laptops and projectors. (At this stage there is no internet facility, but this is being looked into by the Apex Board of Directors). There is wireless technology available in Jurien if you have the appropriate facility on your laptop. |

Laundry
A small be handy laundry room is available for your use and includes washing machine, iron & ironing board .

Canoes
Canoes are available for a small hire fee and deposit. The camp require you to sign a declaration and the safety is down to individuals personally. Life jackets are available and must be worn when using them. Canoes are available to schools, youth groups and clubs, however adventure instructors and competent staffing ratios are strongly advised.
Board games
A variety of board games are available from camp reception and are free of charge
Table Tennis Tables
A favourite with visiting Apexians, two table tennis tables are available (small hall and large hall) to challenge your friends, colleagues or even teachers!! Please ask managers for bats and balls if none are around.
The camp offers a multitude of catering options, as always it aims to cater for all budgets, individuals and groups if required. The current facilities are listed include:

Houses and self contained units have their own kitchens with all standard equipment provided. |

The family rooms will be having kettles & microwaves in late 2009. |

The site has a fully equipped campers kitchen that is shared during busy times. |

There are three communal BBQ’s in a shady tropical patio area that can be used at any time. |

Margaret & Max the current managers offer excellent traditional style home cooking and catering for every occasion for individuals, families as well as small and large groups. Booking are required for the following: |
